Amendment v2 — SG Eco Fund Integration
April 6, 2026 | Version: v3 (Override) Services Page"Below 'Education Initiatives' include the 'SG Eco Fund' logo with the following write-up: ESG World LLP is honoured to be tasked to create a Playbook called 'Little Green Steps', This is a sustainability program for the early childhood centres. It is supported by the SG Eco Fund, aligned with MOE's priorities."
Added a dedicated "Little Green Steps" section directly below the Education Initiatives service block. Section includes the full-color SG Eco Fund logo (extracted from the client's docx file), the exact write-up text provided, and a description of the programme.
"Click on below link to register for the 'Little Green Steps Playbook' Programme. ** please create a icon link to the google form — https://forms.gle/cHfuvBvAqE3h6wUs8"
Created a styled "Register Now" button with a form/pen icon (fa-file-pen) linking to the provided Google Form URL. Button opens in a new tab. Styled consistently with the site's existing button design system.
Home Page
"Add the attached 'SG Eco Fund' logo" (uploaded as a new asset via the revision platform)
Added the SG Eco Fund logo to the "Recognized Industry Standards" certification carousel on the home page. Logo appears in both the original and duplicate track sets to maintain the infinite scroll animation.

Revision Round 1 — Client Feedback Implementation
April 6, 2026 | Version: v3 Home Page"The Company logo at the top left still looks too small."
Increased logo height from 130px to 160px across all pages. Navigation bar height adjusted proportionally from 140px to 170px. Mobile logo also increased from 110px to 130px.
"The 'picture of leaves' is not preferred; can we have a better picture eg which includes human and depict Sustainability?"
Replaced the hero background image with a photograph of a diverse group of people in a natural outdoor setting, depicting human connection and sustainability. The previous image was a generic plant/nature stock photo.
We selected a people-focused sustainability image since the feedback specifically requested "human" elements. If a different type of image is preferred, please provide a specific image or a more detailed description of the desired scene.
"Overall, the font colour 'Blue' is not preferred. Let's have light green colour as what is shown in our current website."
Added the client's brand green (#6BBE53) from their existing website as a new CSS variable. Applied it to all heading elements (h1-h6) and navigation links across all 4 pages.
The existing dark green (#163a23) can appear blue-ish on certain displays. We matched the exact green (#6BBE53) from the client's current Google Sites website. Body text remains dark for accessibility and readability.
"Under 'Our Core Solutions', for each of the category, can you add a 'picture background' relevant for that category?"
Added relevant background images to all 4 service cards (ESG Training, Waste Management, Transport & Logistics, Building & Maintenance) with a dark overlay for text readability. Each image matches the category's subject matter.
"When I click 'Waste Management' & 'Transport Logistics', it does not go to the specific location of that next page for that category."
Fixed the anchor link target. The Waste Management section in services.html previously had id="packaging" which didn't match the link href="#waste". Updated the section ID to "waste" so the navigation works correctly. Also added scroll-margin-top (180px) to all anchored sections across all pages to account for the fixed header.
The Transport link was already working correctly (id="transport" matched). The Waste Management link was simply pointing to a non-existent anchor ID. This was a code-side mismatch, not a design issue.
"The logo for ISSB and SASB are too small. Can you make bigger?"
Increased all carousel item dimensions from 220x120px to 280x160px. This affects all logos in the certification carousel, including ISSB and SASB, giving them significantly more visual presence.
Since the carousel uses uniform sizing, all certification logos were enlarged equally. If only specific logos need to be larger, individual logo images would need to be resized at the source, which would require specific assets to be provided.
"The background - blue for 'Ready to elevate your ESG Strategy' is not preferred; can we use the same light green colour from our existing website?"
Changed the CTA section background from the gold accent color to the client's brand green (#6BBE53). Updated all text within the section to white for proper contrast and readability.
The CTA section was actually using a gold/tan color (#c79e58), not blue. We applied the same light green the client referenced from their current website.

About Us Page
"Can you take out the 2 photos? Can you refer to our website? there is another team member called Annette..."
Removed both team member photos (David Leong and Kelvin Tan). Replaced photo elements with styled icon placeholders using a gradient background. Added third team member: Dr. Annette S Vincent, PhD — Lead Consultant & Certified ILO Gender Audit Facilitator. Updated grid from 2-column to 3-column layout to accommodate all three members.
We cross-referenced the client's live website (esgworlds.com/about-us) and found three team members listed: David Leong, Kelvin Tan, and Dr. Annette S Vincent, PhD. Since the instruction was to "take out the photos" but keep the members, we replaced images with styled placeholders. If actual replacement photos are available, please provide them and we will swap them in.

Services Page
"Can you go to our website and add on the relevant info?" (repeated for all 4 service sections: Services Introduction, Service Methodology, ESG Training, and Education)
Visited the client's live website (esgworlds.com) and extracted all relevant service information. Updated the Methodology & Introduction section with their actual service offerings (Strategy Consulting, Grant Proposals, Implementation, Reporting Advisory, Training Programs, Assessment). Updated ESG Training with their 5 specific programs. Updated Education with their early childhood and school-focused initiatives. Updated Transport & Logistics and Building & Maintenance with enhanced descriptions aligned to their actual offerings.
The instruction "go to our website and add on the relevant info" was applied uniformly across all service sections. We pulled real content from the client's live Google Sites pages under /what-we-do/ and adapted it to fit the existing design structure. The scope of content added was kept proportional to the existing section sizes — we did not restructure the page layout or add new sections, as the brief specified that the number of pages and sections stays the same.

Contact Us Page
"Address: 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, S(409051)"
Updated the Corporate Office address from the placeholder (123 Eco Plaza, Green District, Innovation City) to the correct address: 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, S(409051).
"Please take out the phone no"
Completely removed the Phone Numbers contact info block (Main and Support numbers). The contact card now shows: Address, Email, and Business Hours only.
"Email: enquiry@esgworlds.com"
Updated the email from the previous dual listing (info@esgworlds.com / consults@esgworlds.com) to the single address: enquiry@esgworlds.com. Also updated the footer email across all 4 pages to match.
"Address: 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, S(409051); pls update map"
Updated the embedded Google Maps iframe from the previous placeholder (showing India) to Paya Lebar Square, Singapore.
The previous map was showing the entire country of India as a placeholder — clearly not the intended location. The new embed centers on Paya Lebar Square at the specified address in Singapore.
